A message dated May 22, 1998, was received stating the Governor has            
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled       
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:

"An Act relating to the property, transactions, and obligations of            
spouses; relating to the augmented estate; amending Rule 301,
